Friendly and professional. Got me in and out with no rush .Very satisfied with my cut. The stylist was attentive and responsive to my requests and feedback. Would recommend and I will be back again.

These folks are serious professionals! I'm so impressed with not only my stylist Madi, but watching the others as well. Everyone was taking time to educate clients on styling, coloring, etc. They take the time to really get to know what you want and help you achieve it. It may be higher end on the wallet, but you really do get what you pay for!

I love this salon. I have had a few horrible cut/color experiences in my life, and have been searching for a salon and stylist I can trust for years. I finally found it. I started going to Colissa after a recommendation from a friend and have never been more pleased. She is engaged, listens, and asks questions, and she finds that perfect balance of listening to what you want while also suggesting what best fits your face shape and lifestyle. My one complaint is that it is pricey--far more money than I've ever spent on a cut and color before. But, to me, finding a stylist I can trust is worth it. And she always gives me an estimate before she starts working which is incredibly helpful.

On a whim, i decided I was going to get a cut and highlights. I searched ion Google for a salon and found Salon Nefisa. I called and since they did not have the time for a highlight job, I resolved for just a cut, I had some dead ends that needed gone.
When I arrived I was offered coffee or water, which I thought was very nice. I was also surprised when Sheri came up to me and did have the time to do highlights. Sheri took the time to fully discuss what I was looking for and go over pricing so I was not surprised in the end. I sat in her chair and she went to work. She had an associate come help her when she had to help another client, but was fully involved in what ever the associate was doing, including the shampoo.
I absolutely LOVE my nee do. Sheri did a wonderful job and made me feel comfortable in an unfamiliar place.
Although a little on the pricier side, i will be returning because of the service that i received. THANK YOU!!

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I have really coarse, curly hair so I am very nervous about who cuts it. Colissa is always awesome with helping me decide color even when I don't have a clear idea! Thanks so much! :)
