Absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The quality of work is great and I always leave happy with my gel pedicures. If you’re looking for a salon in the area, definitely check them out!

I really wanted this to be my new go-to nail salon. I went here based off of reviews. The service was great. I became a little concerned when they couldn't find the same color of my gel manicure for my pedicure, but my technician was dedicated to helping me find something close. All was well until a few days later when my gel manicured seemed slightly off colored, as if it didn't harden right. No problem, since you couldn't tell unless you really looked at it. What prompted me to leave a two star review (service was good so I didn't give a one star) was that four of my nails have started to chip/peel. Granted it's been about 3 weeks, but gels shouldn't do that and I've never had a gel set do this before. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

Appointments don't mean anything at this salon! You make an appointment and you still have to sit and wait. I was a regular customer who tipped very well. I had a standing appointment every other Friday at 5pm, seeing the same nail tech and they act brand new each time I came in. I even called and dropped by several times during the week to remind them of my upcoming appointment. I understand they are busy, we are all busy, that's why I tolerated it as long as I did. I had enough two weeks ago when during my scheduled appointment the nail tech stopped in the middle of my nail service and took care of someone else who had come in to complain about her nails. I sat there for 15-20 minutes before she said anything to me. I complained to the manager but he is useless! I shared this incident with my coworker, she has decided to go somewhere else for her nail services. And I'm sharing this same information with you today. If you want good customer service, don't go here!

I don't get my nails done often, but when I do, I am a perfectionists about it. Andy did a wonderful job on my acrylics. I can't find a single flaw. The young lady that did my pedicure was also great--very thorough and had a gentle yet effective touch. Every one on staff was friendly and welcoming, and I never got the feeling that they were talking about clients in their native tongue. The prices are very reasonable as well for the quality of work. I will definitely be back.
