Very nice place! The seats are very comfortable and the nail artists are always very nice and do excellent work. I came in after having practically ripped off some fake nails and my nails were absolutely destroyed; I don't know what they did, but hey the time they were about to apply the nail polish by nails looked smooth and strong again. This is my favorite nail salon!!!

Probably the worst manicure I have ever received. The technician filed my strong nails paper thin removing the powder gel which she assured me she understood how to remove ( she did not). After requesting that I "pay first" and receiving her gratuity she refused to cut cuticles and complete the service, as I was the final customer. Think this might have been a good thing though, after I watched the tech put the dirty tools back in her drawer....Beware!

I was the only customer and I didn't feel valued. The job felt rushed. The technician was the owner I believe and was dismissive of my concerns. She continued to insist that the work was fine, when it was poorly done. Not much attention was paid to the quality. I would not recommend service here. Unprofessional and poor customer service. I felt unhappy and very unsatisfied!

Wrote this on Yelp but sometimes things do not post there...I am thinking 4.5 stars but I rounded up b/c I'm nice. Few months back, was running late for a date but I REALLY needed to have my manicure done (ladies, you understand right?!?). It was like 7:30 and the place was about to close but Hanna took me in. She took her time, did her thing, and I looked fabulous - albeit fashionably late with sheer bliss baby pink nails! She has never let me down since and this has become my salon of choice in this area.

My fiancee has been going to Nuli for a long time (believe me, I've picked her up numerous times from the place after she gets her pedicure done). I got to tag along with her about 5 times this past summer to get my nails done for family/friends' weddings. The place is clean, staff are friendly, and overall a nice experience. To my surprise, I did not mind going to a nail salon...though I suspect the place made me feel more comfortable. I guess the next step will have to be a pedicure - not sure if I'm ready for that one, lol! I have an interview coming up and will go to Nuli to tidy up.
