My hair looks worse then when I went in. The stylist offered to have me come back in to fix it but honestly I don't want her touching my hair again. As soon as I left the salon I went right to Sally's where the employees were surprised I had just had it done and were able to help me get the supplies to fix it. The stylist said it would look better after a couple washes or in different lighting but honestly it just doesn't look good at all. I wish I had gone somewhere else and next time ill be going to hair studio where the sally's employee suggests. Don't get balayage done here!

I thought I had done my homework and was very specific on what I wanted & didn't want but still ended up with what I didn't want...my lesson is to speak up & question why there was only one color when I requested multiple shades. Also when other stylist were able to give you the cut you wanted while keeping some length but now being told I could only achieve that look by going short to just stop them from cutting!!! I've moved so trying to find a consistent stylist who gets it!😠

I went for a facial and had the best experience there! The esthetician was very knowledgeable and did a great job taking care of me. I will return in the future.
