I will NEVER visit another nail salon again! By far the best place I've been to in the area. I first called and asked about prices, and the woman I spoke to was so wonderful; answered all my questions, offered to schedule me an appointment, then made sure I knew where the salon was. I got there, was immediately greeted, and sat down. James was meticulous and made sure my nails were perfect and exactly what I wanted. I had great conversation with him and the others working in the salon; I actually ended up staying a little longer even after my nails were dry. I will absolutely be a repeat customer, and will recommend Tru Nailz to everyone I know.

Excellent service. Just went for the first time. James was so meticulous about my nails (gels). He made sure I was satisfied and more importantly that he was satisfied with his work. Recommend to everyone!!!

Horrible experience. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I asked for a no chip manicure. All that was done was a removal of my previous manicure, buff, file, and paint my nails. There was nothing done to my cuticules or skin surrounding my nail. Also there was no lotion or hand massage. In addition the manicure was painted extremely poorly. There is a ton of polish on my nails and it cannot be removed due to the fact that it is no chip polish. Also there is polish on the side of my nail skin so now my skin is stuck to my nail. Finally under my nails is filled with the clear jelly stuff used for no chip and when I attempt to get it out then it just makes the tips of my nails jagged. Also the workers clearly have favoritism for people who come often or are more adult. I feel that because I am in college they did not give me fair treatment. They asked other patrons if they wanted a drink but I was not asked if I ever wanted a drink. I would never recommend this place or return.
