Just wanted a quick manicure. Mostly to cut/shape nails evenly and trim cuticles. The basics.
Walked in at the same time as an older lady and she was taken care of by one of the men and I was being taken care of by the woman working the front desk.
I've never had a manicure so short or badly done.
It took all of maybe 10 minutes before she sent me to the drying station. Within that time she shaped the nails crooked and different lengths, she pushed the skin below my nail back and left the cuticle skin on the nail causing them to painfully peel for a week, and left the edges jagged because she only had a very coarse file. The nail polish started cracking off in chunks the next day.
The lady I walked in with was just getting to the drying station, moments before I left, with a lovely, meticulous manicure.
I won't be going back but if I did, I'd go with the guy who did the other lady's manicure.

Poor service! They don’t greet you, they don’t speak English so how can you communicate. I had a pedicure done (if you can call it that) I didn’t even want her to paint them, I tried to run out of there as fast as can. Don’t waist your time and your $$$. Worthless

Did an okay job but was rushed and the lady was pushy and a bit rude. Probably wouldnt come again.

I go here all the time! They do awesome work and are always nice. Walk-ins or appts.....same great service.

Awesome! I was a little skeptical at first because I've heard things but I'm so glad I went. I had one of the ladies, super nice, really kind. Very clean place, lots of room, not crowded, friendly people, good prices! Will definitely return!!!
