They do a nice job on my nails, better than most in the area. They are always over booking so the appointment tends to go much longer than necessary. Quality is great, pricing is comparable but timeliness is not good.

They are so friendly and willing to work around yout schedule even though they are a very busy nail salon. They always try to make time if needed

This is a fantastic place to get your nails done I have been going here for four years know and I would never go to another place. The staff is wonderful and friendly and the prices are reasonable and everything is so clean and well kept. I would recommend this salon to anyone wanting to get their nails or toes done. Go see kristy and Kevin and find out for yourself just how wonderful they are.

I am not one to typically post reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience here and would want others to avoid going through the same thing if possible. I went to get my nails and toes done with my future MIL in preparation for going on vacation for a week to Florida. I got the gel nails which should be the most durable and are supposed to last 1-2 weeks; they began to completely peel off within two days of getting them done. They did not chip or break, they came clean off with no indication of being loose. Within a week, I only had three nails still in tact. I went back to the nail place within a day of returning from vacation. The nail tech said there was nothing they could do other than paint my nails a similar color and implied it was my fault if I had been picking at my nails which I had not. She also stated it is best to come back within a timely manner to have them fixed which was impossible as I left for vacation the next day. I did not receive any compensation, or even an apology. Additionally, I also got my toes done. My MIL suggested I get a design on my toes, but I declined. The nail tech gave me a design anyway and charged me even though I had stated I did not want one. I did not appreciate the lack of being upfront about this. The only reason I am giving two stars for this review is because my MIL's nails looked great and held up just fine. Perhaps my case is an exception and not the example, however I was not impressed with the way the situation was handled as the services were very pricey compared to the quality and did not hold up the way they should have. I would recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.
