I went in to get a Manicure and was very pleased with the outcome. I booked an appointment because I figured any nail salon would be busy on Friday. I was seated immediately and the nail technician was very focused and attentive to what I wanted. This is probably my 4th time visiting the establishment and I always leave happy. Thanks Tracy!

I’ve been to this place twice. The second is my last one. Every time I visited the staff made me feel like if they were doing me a favor for doing my nails, as a result, their customer service is poor. The staff hurry you and talk to you like if you are a child: they are always in a hurry. This second time the guy that assisted me left me with horrible nails bumpy, not filed nicely(sharply), uneven shapes, and the shellac horribly applied. When I said I did not like how sharp the ends felt they all got upset. He did a mini fix and was expecting for me to be happy with it. This was the last time I will bring my business to them. I feel like i am doing them a favor for favoring their nails salon the least they can do is provide good service.
They need to step up their game with customer service and patience. Below is a picture of my nails after 10 min of leaving the place. The application of shellac was horrible and the nails feel so bumpy.

MINDY for pedicures and LILY for manicures.
Firstly, these two gals are amazing and well sought-after so I recommend calling ahead of time to book an appointment!
MINDY is the sweetest lady with the strongest hands in the world, so when I go to see her, I’m all about relaxation. I’m not in a hurry and I book extra time for massage! 9 times out of 10, she puts me to sleep. Detail oriented! **She doesn’t speak fluent English so it helps to ask Lily to translate any extra requests or changes.
(PSA— don’t do the thing where you raise your voice at the women and men that work here that don’t speak fluent English. Be polite and ask someone to help translate for you. AJ and Rosie are the owners and are always there to help— just ask. And remember, these folks know 1.5 languages— that’s .5 more than you know!!)
LILY— adorable and funny and can accommodate almost any request! She’s young and knows all about the newest nail trends available. She’s patient and pays particular attention to detail! She’s an absolute delight!

I stopped coming to this place over a year ago because of how I was treated. I was coming for a pedicure after work. They called me over to the chair, i sat down and had waited for almost an hour before getting any service. There were 2 male employees there and they were very rude and pointing at me and then talking in their native language. There were two other customers who just arrived there of a different culture and the men were very adamant in asking them if they wanted any water or anything to drink, and I had to speak up and tell them that I wanted something to drink too after being there an hour waiting with my feet over soaking in the tub. There was no apology from anyone there for the wait. Another female tech finally came and gave me the pedicure... but I felt like no one cared about me as a customer and vowed never to come to Great Nails EVER AGAIN. I have actually taken my business to Regal Nails and they are a lot better, more professional, have great prompt customer service, and their prices are very reasonable... so your loss of my business is their gain...
