Walk in and right away no greet, man up front is VERY rude.
It’s about 80 degrees in here, and outside is 70.
My feet we’re in the water 30 mins before I got attended too. Very cold, and my feet are shriveled.
I watched one worker walk into the bathroom, and didn’t wash her hands after she was finished.
Don’t recommend.

I have gone to this salon for a while, when I broke a nail or need a quick fill. I have never had a problem until Monday 11/5/18. I decide against my better judgement to get a plain set of nails because I was in a hurry and my normal guy that did the couple fills in the past John was not in so I used the older lady I liked the set a was pleased a little sore from the drill I thought. On Wednesday I woke up in pain....cut my nail off and found a red swollen nail with a fever. I took some antibiotics I had and things were looking good. Thursday morning it was not good, my finger was swollen and fever had returned. I had to go to the doctor and see what was going on, my finger was infected and I had to get my finger cut open and drained. I am so upset with the whole situation because I should of known better. The hygiene at these oriental shops are ridiculous and this is where I got an infected nail job. Please dont be like me and go againt your gut!!!! Thank you Pro Spa Nails for the most painful and expensive nail job of my life.

I'm in from out of town and went to get my nails redone... the guy was a joke! My 10 yr old niece could've done a better job. I got the dipping powder done and he didn't smooth them, I have sharp edges on every nail and left excess on the sides so my nail looks twice as big. When I brought this to his attention a couple times he acted like he was offended and put out from me wanting him to fix HIS mistakes and then still didn't fix it correctly. He wasted my time and my fingers now hurt from his "nail job"
I would NOT recommend this place at all.

I do not like to give bad reviews!!! Typically, I just ignore a business if I am an unhappy customer. But ladies...I want to save you from encountering a similar disaster.
This place has really gone downhill. I went here last year and they did an “ok job”! I was in a hurry today and didn’t want to drive across town to my regular place. Big mistake!
The manicure I received was so bad that I had to remove the polish and repaint them myself when I got home. The edges of my nails were so jagged that I had to trim my nails before repainting them...all 10 fingers! The man “in charge” is the problem here. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...anywhere else!
