I visited this establishment for the FIRST time today... and I tell you what. I'm glad I did! They've FOREVER earned my business as long as I live here!!
When I walked in, I was greeted immediately by EVERYONE. Not just a normal hi, welcome. But a "Hiiii!!! How are you!? What can WE do for you today?!?" It was in the same tone my grandparents greet me. I loved it!!! I asked for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure, to which Young replied "oh yes! Of course!! Please. Please, pick a color!!!" I did, and although ALL the techs had a client at the time, I was seated immediately with a warm tub of water and the BEST massage chair I've been in, EVER. They HAVE to be brand spankin new!
Anywho, I digress. Young, was my tech and she did SUCH a wonderful job. Was incredibly attentive and explained ALL pricing compared to each service. Wasn't pushy or made me feel like I needed to spend more. She trusted whatever decision I made and kicked butt at the job the WHOLE time!
She did however step away for MAYBE 2 minutes... But what is was for only melted mt heart more!!! One of the patrons had just checked out and she asked if she could pray for her. The patron said yes, and Young grabbed both her hands to pray over her... ♡♡♡
She came back to me and quickly apologized (as if she needed to) then continued to work hard at her skill.
My paws and claws look AMAZING and these people have won my heart and business!!! Thank you!!!

I was visiting my daughter who's in the US military, from England in October 2017 and we thought we'd try out this nail bar as it's local to where she lives. We both had pedicures and I had a gel French manicure and eyebrow wax too. We had a lot of fun as the staff were all so friendly and professional, and we had laughs too, plus I made a new Facebook friend with a lovely lady who's a regular customer there. I will definitely go there again on my next visit, and would go there regularly if I lived nearby. It has a great atmosphere and we were even entertained with a guitar by a man who works there. We were very pleased with our results too. 😁

So my daughters and I sat in the shop waiting for 30 minutes quiet and patiently. There was a lady that had a three o clock appointment and she showed up at 4. Now she took the lady with the appointment and just apologized for not being able to service us. The sad thing is...we wanted to become regulars. Any business that let's $200 guaranteed to walk out of the door is not worth being in business. Friendship isn't what business is about. Don't go here ever. There are better shops in Killeen I am sure.

My wife loves this place. It's the only place she will go to because they are so friendly and they make sure to provide great service.
