Do accept walk ins and want very busy. Had a horrible experience, felt rushed through my gel manicure. Resulting in big chip of my polish the next day and did not have any matching colors. Asked multiple employees and they all seemed annoyed or not to understand.
Won't be going back.

C&H is a wonderful place. The manicurists do a wonderful job and are very aware of the best way to do what they do. They use high end products so that you don't have to soak for long to get the old polish off. I get gel nails and Lisa has done an excellent job every time. She has also done pedicures for me, which I get on occasion, and always leave very satisfied and relaxed.

They were busy when I walked in. Not why I'm giving them less than a stellar review. I had an awesome pedicure and a great foot massage. The technician really had me feeling relaxed by the time she was done. Unfortunately there was a woman waiting to be seen when I arrived. While I was picking out my color another woman arrived behind me wanting the same service. We picked out our colors and we're both directed to have a seat. As soon as the technicians were finished with their clients they were currently helping they came to help us. The lady that arrived behind us was seen before I was. After my awesome pedicure I overhear the woman who was waiting when I arrived say she had a 2:00pm appointment and it was currently 245. Thought that was a major mark against them. The first to arrive should be the first to be seen.

I have been going for 10 years now, Chi & Tran do a great job. They do my pedicures, gel refills, and my eyebrows. They are patient and great with my children. They accommodate me on my appointment times all the time.

I received a great pedicure and massage. They're very friendly and the salon is clean.
