You’ll never have a pedicure like Changes’ Spa Pedicure! It’s truly life changing! All the other services are great as well, but make sure to get a pedicure! Service is great and the spa has the perfect ambiance.

I love Changes. I love their spa pedicure and just had one. What a lovely indulgence for my otherwise fairly spartan life. I get a glass of wine while I lay back under a warmed blanket and neck wrap with an eye pillow while
a fairy works on my toes. She has the lightest touch compared to the bloody meat carving spectacle when I do my own pedicure. My only dislike is that the manicurist likes to leave space between the cuticle and the polish. I've had her at least three, probably four times now. This time I asked her not to use her nail to do this. She said she uses a nail stick. I then refined my request to tell her I don't want to see any nail between the polish and the nail (a performance spec, I don't care what you are using to do it, just don't do it) As we finished she said she "just lightly swiped the nails". I wasn't sure exactly what she meant I just gave her the thumbs up since whatever is done, is done, and I had to get going to what I had planned that evening. I tipped her over 20%. When I get home I examine my toes a little closer and I see nail. Why would anyone want the nail to show? I don't want my nails to look like they are growing out. I guess I'll just have to use a different person in the future. I tried.

It had been a while since I’ve had my haircut, needed a good trim and layer. I found changes, their website was easy to navigate and I was able to get an appointment without calling (I love that). Yadira did my hair, had a great shampoo and loved my cut! She was friendly and helpful. I had no issues! Will be back for another cut, and maybe a facial.

I have been a client since they opened. Consistently great staff and I have people actually stop me and ask where I get my hair done! Great atmosphere too!

I have been a regular client at Changes Spa for almost 5 years and they never disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, the receptionists are always very friendly, quick and professional and the facilities are well kept. There is an attention to detail that makes the experience complete: the relaxation room with tea and snacks, the heated towels and aromatherapy (if preferred) during the massage treatment, and the overall cleanliness and neatness. I am a triathlete and a picky massage client and I find the massage staff and Natalia, in particular to be exceptional. She has the true gift of healer and she has great knowledge of injuries and how to manage them with intuitive and in depth bodywork. If I skip a massage visit, my body will let me know.
