Bought a gift card here. Super nice staff and were overly helpful taking care of me and making it "pretty". Nice customer service.

Exceptional service and very clean. They even have free coffee and other drinks free. Wifi and TV was available.
They do Electrolysis hair removal as well as other normal services.
Btw, please note the Stephanie, the subject of all the complaints has not been working there for months.

I have been going to Kool Blue since the day they opened, this place has an excellent atmosphere and an amazing staff, everyone is very nice. Very well kept too!

Used to love this place.
I usually have Katey do my nails, but you know- sometimes she’s out or busy.
Stephanei is one of the most horrible people I’ve met. So rude, so disrespectful, acting as if she doesn’t want any one bothering her.
There’s another girl who I don’t know her name, that is ALLWAYS available. She is so unprofessional, has no gentle touch what so ever.
If you must go here- I recommend Katey or Winnie.
It’s a real shame that it turned out to be this way- they were so good when they first opened up.

Top quality nail salon. I love the uv protecting gloves that moisturize at the same time. Excellent quality products.
