This was one of the worst experience I ever had. Customer set is important thing that you can provide and when you don’t provide that for the client, you have truly done a disservice and that is what pro nails has done for me! I waited for almost an hour and after the lady was done eating her chips then she wanted to assist me instead of taking care of the client first. I walked out and Kent or whatever his name is didn’t try to rectify the situation. I have been a banker over 10 years and clients are the most important and they should be taken care of first!!!! Absolutely poor service. The unfortunate thing is that the owner could care less!!
