Phone does not work! Been trying to call and schedule a pedicure+ and manicure appointment for five days but no answer and then the phone just screeches. This has happened several times over the last two years. Going elsewhere!

I've gone so many places to get my nails done. This place is by far the best. For some reason my gel pedicure wont chip ever like i can go back with it still in tact haha. They really really do take pride in their work they take time. Look at different angles to see if the nail is even, they really do the most. I love it. The outcome is worth the price. You get what you pay for is a true tale. Would secondly recommend and return often. Thank you botanic nails for making my nails on fleek 24 7.

I've been coming to Botanic Nails for about 3 - 4 years and have enjoyed amazing customer service and beautiful nails that have never left me dissatisfied. I love all of the girls especially Tina who does my nails. I'm constantly getting complimented on my nails and the gel lasts for so long! Their prices are fair and appointments are pretty easy to come by, even same day with the person who normally does my nails. I used to wait in other salons for an appointment for at least one hour, many times for more than one hour. I will continue to come here for as long as I can and will recommend it to anyone who asks!!

Figured I wouldn't have to write something bad because it was my second time but it was horrible super over priced and for just simple square one color nails top it off she said $62 at first then $42 then $35 ending which was good but why do I have to hassle to get the original price while doing my new set she ripped off the old ones and ripped my original nail and peeling my skin on the side my finger started to bleed which hurts so bad now thought we are supposed to soak and remove step by step out just RIP them off not cool never coming again and so much hype on ig she wanted me to shout them out because of my followers yeah that's A Big no 😂💀
