I’ve gotten gel polish here a total of three times. Two of the three times, my gel polish chipped within two days. I went back to get my nails fixed, and they had no problem with fixing them for me at no additional charge. This is a great salon, but sometimes very busy. I would suggest scheduling an appointment.

Took my 93 year old patient to get her nails done and they did an amazing job! So nice and friendly!!! Highky recommend

I’ve had only a few manicures in my life, but I know what I know when I see it. Uptown Spa was the first place I ever went to because of a gift certificate. I looked at my nails afterwards and I was in love. I went to a few places afterwards and I just was never happy. Some of them did complete botched manicures. Esp Mtn Brook. Never go there. They were horrible. I’ve gone back to Uptown Nail ever since. They are amazing. Always the manicure looks perfect. No flaws. They are so meticulous. They speak English. Recommend any of my friends to go there.

This was the worst place that I have ever gotten my set of nails done. The lady that did mine was Kim and she cut them shorter than I wanted and eat my cuticles up so bad that after 3 days they are still hurting and that is on 6 out of 10 of my fingers. And she told me it would be 30$ and then charged me 35$ when I asked why see said white tips cost 5$ more. Could’ve told me beforehand. Very unsatisfactory.

I visited the location right before a vacation and on day of vacation noticed discoloration of my aqua blue polish. Immediately after 3day vacay return, went back to salon to remedy. I was told it must be "something I did" maybe the sun (really sun on gel polish) or tan. I don't tan. My melanin is evident. Needless to say they proceeded to ignore me, and made me wait while new customers who entered the shop were assisted (2 people to be exact) I asked if at least they could soak the polish off while I waited, I was told they could "buff it off" Buff off gel polish discoloration??!! Netheless to say, I explained that I was frustrated and so were they (as they spoke abrasivly to me and began to speak about me to co-workers in vietemese) it was best to make an appointment the following day and start affresh. I left and did a review on FB. I returned the next day to not being greeted, and verbally attacked by 4 workers bc they said I "disrespected them with my FB post" I told them it was within my right to write a review about my experience. I was yelled at and told, "they can refuse to service me" etc. I have video to support everything that happened. They were dismissive and arrogant and nasty. It was by far the worst salon experience ever two days in a row! Btw, they deleted my post/review on FB which I presume they no for all negative post.
