So I did a walk-in today with my best friend, they attended us right away. However, the nail techs are way too rough. Almost every time i come to this location they file away at my skin and today they managed to make my friend bleed. It looked as though she had tried to put glue over the area that was bleeding to cover it up ?? Also not so friendly staff.. 3/4 technicians don’t talk or introduce themselves, making it an awkward and uncomfortable time period to be sitting down with them for. On to the nails... My nails are not the length and hardly achieve the shape i wanted... I asked for a design on mine and they said they didn’t not have the material to create it so i got a simple plane red color instead of the actual look i was going for. My 2 thumb nails are completely different shapes, my ring finger nail is completely crooked, and the skin around my nails is extremely sore. My friends nails has an uneven distribution of acrylic powder throughout her nails and one of them almost looks swollen due to the amount of powder placed. And finally, at the end of our visit, i was charged $45.. a medium full set is supposed to be $35. He did not ask if i wanted to tip, i think he must’ve added a $10 tip on to the price itself. I’ve had my nails done here before and they have never been almost $50.. I didn’t have extra nail art and I have not had anything other than gel sets before. And same goes for my friend.

Walked in at 1035am and was treated to a fabulous manicure. I loved the extra close attention to detail on my fill and shaping of my nails. They look natural and beautiful.

I love this place - it's always sweet and calm. Bee is a nail genius and the pedis are like heaven. Just the place for some pampering. And there's a subway next door and a Starbucks across the street if you need to fill up or perk up.

I walked in on a Thursday at 3:35 PM. I was told 15 minutes it was an hour. No one talked to me or offered me a beverage or anything. They were seriously under staffed (4/7 tech’s). When the nail artist was ready, she couldn’t do the design I wanted (zebra or marble with blue, white, black and glitter) and she wouldn’t listen to how I was asking her to do it (drip paint and swirl it). She was very rough with my nails and they were very soar for a few day’s following my experience. My nails look like a little kid drew a sun in the corner of my nail. They switched technicians and the next girl cut my fingers multiple times attempting to trim my cuticles. Then she asked for a tip when processing my card. The customer service was terrible, the service was mediocre, the artists was lacking in creativity and skill I went in because someone I know is a customer and I am looking for a new nail artist. I didn’t find it here and I will NOT be returning EVER! The green is what I wanted but blue and the blue is what she did
