Why did I come here? I planned on going a half block to the next one but decided to give them a try. I called to another establishment (the one a half block away) asked how much to remove the gel off my nails...they say $5. I came to Pretty nails and say for 10. Waited several minutes before I was even greeted. There is no prices listed for gel removal.
After service is completed, she told me $15. I'm like what??? A gel manicure cost $25 or $30. Never returning. I wish there was a zero star option. Apparently to let my nails sit in acetone with no supervision cost the same as a manicure, smh.

Extremely understaffed. Waited with my feet in cold water for 30 minutes for a pedicure, there were two other customers in water which got cold, then when it was my daughters turn she tried to put her feet in a dirty basin from the last customers pedicure and wanted to argue with me about whether it was dirty or not. Got to the shop at 3:15, got 2 pedicures for 2 people and disnt leave until 4:45, and there were about 10 customers and 3 employees.
