I had a terrible experience here with a woman who literally destroyed my feet. To start off, when I came in the place was so overcrowded on a Sunday morning took me about 5-10 minutes standing to be acknowledged. And when I was acknowledged it was by a woman who had just smoked a cigarette, asking me what I was getting. I told her I was in for a manicure and pedicure and she said okay and walked away. I figured it was a client until she told me to sit down at one of the pedicure chairs. I didn't really see her wash her hands however, she did put on gloves and spent 45 minutes on my feet and still had not even painted them. Since I had an appointment I requested for her to stop and paid for the service rendered. She then told me to return after the appointment and gave me her personal phone number, so that she can arrange everything for me. I called her about an hour after I left and she said she was going to call me back and let's just say I'm still waiting for the return call. It was the worst experience ever, she cut my thumb toe with the nail file then, put acetone on the cut. It was just an absolute disaster and the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Would never come back or recommend.

Amazing! Over the last 2 months I have been to multiple nail salons in the West Kendall/Kendall area and as always my acrylic nails were blobs, nails popping off and pedicures were midiocre at best. I promise I am not fussy and know that perfect acrylic nails are pretty much impossible. Well...I was wrong! For the first time in years I actually have a perfect set of nails and an impecable pedi. This nail salon is inviting and everyone is friendly and helpful. Kevin and Nina were amazing! Kevin and Nina are meticulous and super picky about their work. I am so happy I found this salon! During my visit I chatted with many of their regulars who feel the same way. Deco Nails, you have a new customer! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came with my mother for her birthday. We both had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional and made us feel like we’ve been going there for years. I made an appointment for 9:30 and we were seen right away. Nina is fantastic! She did my nails exactly the way I like it. We will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been coming here for like two years with my best friend. They’re the best. June is personally my favorite because I love designs on my nails. She always tries starting convos. Def recommend
