Went here because my mom is testing the waters to find a new favorite place, needless to say it was okay. The guy did my nails and I got a full set with gel white tips. For 30$ I expected a little better quality. They were rushed, guy didn't change the hand towel either. He didn't even file them down all the way on the sides before he put the gel on and told me I was done. I did want a design but he didn't even acknowledge them after he put them under the light. After I washed my hands and left there was black specs in my nails. My moms nails on the other hand were done by the older lady, she did a good job on her nails, my mom got a fill and gel color. But my mom wanted to get a eyebrows wax and her lip done, the younger girl did that and literally didn't even use wax!!! She did her eyebrows with a razor blade!!! And her lip with tweezers!!! Omg I could have done a better job. Needless to say I am not going back. Total I spent 80$ on all of this. I could've went to the mall and spent a little more for a better experience.

Very bad experience. This place was so dirty, my mother and I had to get up and leave after we were seated in our pedicure chairs.
There was garbage, hair, lotion, and gunk all over the floors next to the pedicure chairs. No music playing, no air conditioning, it didn't smell cleanly like a nail salon should, it was very uninviting. Our water was ice cold after asking for warm water two times. The worker took over 10 minutes to find the gel color we requested, so we grabbed our belongings and apologized that we were leaving.
There are MANY places to visit in Rockford that are 10X better than this salon! I don't know how they are still in business, I surly didn't want to risk getting anything.

I went here today and is closed apparently their are not going to open again, I call the number and it goes straight to voice mail. Very disappointed.

Place was HORRIBLE! I REPEAT HORRIBLE!
I went there with my little sister the ladies there didn't understand anything didn't know what a coffin nail was and couldn't even paint a bow ! My sister nails ended up bleeding and both are nails looked horrible. Never going back again.
