Service and products matter. As future business owner, I really concern about customers satisfaction. As an actual consumer, 5 days after service and see my nails as this, it shouldn’t be acceptable. I really wish they can take feedback serious ❤️

The staff there is an amazing family. They always treat me well!! I have been going there for almost 2 years and I love them!!

Tych (sp) does an amazing job! Quick, efficient, does what I want on my nails. Makes my selection worth every penny! Love the color changing cat eye designs!

Overall, your nails get done but stone massage was not a massage #1! They will pass the stone on legs. But that’s it! Gel for your feet’s #2 way too hot! And #3 your hand aren’t deep in water or humectant are used prior to cut your cuticles. Left a significant stance between my cuticles and polish paint. I went to pamper myself, and left with an energy of dissatisfaction. Not even a “Thank you for coming” when left the door.
