Extremely nice people but do a lousy job. I was very disappointed.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. An older (possibly middle eastern) lady started it and her daughter would trade off with her. She scrubbed the skin of my toes so hard that I have scans. I told her numerous times my toe polish wasn’t gel, but she proceeded to try and remove it with a drill and cut my toe, and then left a large amount of polish on the nails. She didn’t do my cuticles and did the majority of the process out of order.
I went there 2 days ago and the main reason I remembered to come back and review it was because I just took a bath and my toes are BURNING from where she buffed away my skin. She also tried to grab the tools from the pedicure station next to me and use them on my feet ... while they were being used on the woman next to me. Disgusting.
Then her daughter did my pedicure and sliced open my ring finger cuticle... she apologized but proceeded to spray with alcohol and then just paint over all the blood.
Thougout the mani/pedi she was screaming at customers about paying. If anyone went to the dryers or bathroom she’s inquire about whether or not they paid.
Awful experience. Won’t be back. Won’t recommend.

There was a long wait, which I expected on a Saturday.
The man who did my nails was disguising! He blew his nose on the floor. Then he went to get tissue and blew his nose. Afterwards he proceeded to do my nails WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES! I had to all him to change his gloves.
Then while doing my full set he made me bleed.
Then to top it all off he charged me twice! I well definitely be back there on Monday when they open to fix the problem!
They are only getting two stars because Ann did do a good job on my nails and the guy did a great job on my pedicure.
