Hands down the BEST pedicure I've had, and I've been to sooo many nail salons in the Louisville area trying to find a good one; I'm so glad to have finally found this place! Leah did my pedicure and she took so much time exfoliating my feet and trimming my cuticles. My polish also looks amazing! She was also really sweet and personable and everyone else there was super nice as well. If you're searching for a great nail salon tech, look no further!

I just moved to this end of town from South Louisville and was searching for a Nail Salon. After reading reviews of several Salons in this area I chose Princess Nail & Spa. I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I didn’t have to wait & my Nail technician was very good. I had a great experience and will definitely go back!!

It may have just been the staff member that I had that was so awful but I went the day before my wedding. She cut open both my heals during the pedicure and a pretty deep gash in my pinky finger while using a nail file. She said did that hurt? Sorry, as there is blood dripping from my finger. She never had me wash my hands. At least she dumped alcohol all over the bleeding gash to kill some germs and burn like hell. She said or sorry again as I teared up.
I still had to pay full price and was not in any state of mind to argue with my big day around the corner I was just ready to get far away from there. I was so hoping for a relaxing day at a nail salon. I will never ever be back. I hope others will not have my same fate. Hopefully I can walk in my wedding shoes with bloody cut up heals.

I moved to Louisville from Florida 3 years ago and couldn’t find a nail salon worth anything until I found THIS PLACE. The staff is absolutely amazing. The salon is clean. They have plastic liners in their pedicure bowls (which I have never seen in any salon in the area). I have been going to Tee for a little over a year and have never been disappointed, especially with how well he knows to file and shape the nails! I have gotten pedicures from Andy and Son, I think is his name, and left absolutely happy each and every time. I have since been sending all my clients here and will continue to do so. This place is awesome!

I've gone here consistently for about 10 years now. I used to only see the previous owner, & once I found out she was leaving, I was devastated. She introduced me to Tee, & I won't ever go to anyone else. He's extremely knowledgeable & ALWAYS makes my nails look their absolute best. I'm in the beauty industry & he makes certain that my nails not only look amazing, but that they hold up good as well. With my hectic schedule I typically only get in the get my nails done on average every 5 weeks, & they never lift or come off. They're always in great condition & I get constant compliments. He's truly amazing at his craft - he's a real artist. Their pedicures are to die for & everyone is always extremely nice & accommodating. I highly recommend this nail salon!!!!
