Arrived around closing due to hours on website not matching hours on business. The lady took me without an attitude because she was about to go home. She was the last one left in the store, gates pulled down. She still took the time & did a very good job. Am pleased with my first experience there.

I went in for an underarm wax. I had to wait 20 minutes, which is fine since I didn't make an appointment. I got to catch up on my emails. My issue was that they tried to have me sit on the chair where you would wax for eyebrows...I need to take my shirt off for the underarm wax. I said "I need privacy." The employee said "No one will see. Just take off one hand at a time." I said "No thank you. I will go somewhere else." Then she took me to the backroom which was small but more confortable for the privacy. Overall not the best experience but she did a good job with the wax and they only charge $12 so I gave a $5 tip. Most places charge $20 so $12 is a bargain. I would go back but I might shop around at other places to see what my options are.
