I called and wanted to get some work done on my car. I asked when they could get me in..they got me in the shop within an hour of my phone call.. they installed a catalytic converter , put exhaust hangers on my muffler and fixed a few rattles . I was in and out in a half hour. This was my frist experience at kecklers and WONT be my last i will recommend going to this shop hands down!!

I had a good first experience there so I decided to go back. I called a few months ago and was going to make an appt. And they talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about so after that phone call I decided I'd just go somewhere else. Recently I had some issues come up and they were available to get me in right away for a diagnostic scan w/ Tracey. My appt. Was at 10:30 am so I showed up a little before. I understand sometimes you have to wait and I have no problem with that. A few people walked in around 10:45 asking for help and were turned away because they were so busy. Then Tracey told some other client that he had just finished up early with the last customer so he could look at her vehicle. I thought for sure he'd check mine first as I had called and made an appt. But he helped them first. He came in around 11:15 and finished with their problem and explained what he did and what was wrong. By this time I thought maybe another mechanic was supposed to look at my vehicle. After the customer and her family paid and left Tracey walked out and told the front desk girl that he was "going to get a sandwhich." By this time it was almost 11:30. After he left I had asked the receptionist which mechanic was supposed to look at my car. She informed it was Tracey so I asked "so he helped the people that walked in after me?" She said she didn't think it was him that worked on the car and that he just did the paperwork (which was a blatant lie as I just heard him tell the lady what HE did to fix her problem). I then asked "did he forget about his 10:30 appt?" She replied that "she didn't think so and they've just been really swamped today." I understand being busy but I made an appt and waited patiently and watched him help a walk in and then just leave for lunch. I was not happy with the service there as they just disregarded me and then I was lied to. I ended up leaving. It was a waste of my time and gas money.

Taken my car here for 4 years now. They've fixed my car in emergencies. Whether it was a flat tire or a broken oil switch they always handled it quickly and at a fair price. They don't try to make you pay for crap u don't need. Real honest guys.
