I had my tag stolen filed a police report and tried to ask questions, the lady at the front desk was completely no help and very rude. This is a place that needs to work on its customer service. If I were to treat my customers like they do I would be fired.

Looking at the reviews beforehand I was prepared mentally for B.S. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. I am an out of state transfer. I made sure to review website to be fully prepared with all documents needed. Unfortunately slots for appointments are months out so I went as walk in. The guy at door was very efficient and the line still moved swiftly. The lady who took my documents was nice and even made me laugh. Then my agent was Jason W. He was awesome! He was professional, courteous and more. There was even a young lady training a gentleman sitting beside him and she was nice as well. I told Jason the website has you all with low ratings and I wanted to give 5 stars because this was the best experience at a DMV I have ever had and this Twin Lakes division deserved the same sunshine they gave to me. So dont look at all the one stars. Those one stars must have improved the service because there was nothing one star about my visit. Be prepared and you should have a 5 star experience as well. Thanks again. I even filled out a survey inside also!!

There needs to be better customer service.. People there are rude as hell and give customers snotty attitudes. We don"t go to the Wichita DMV office anymore we go to derby office so much friendlier.. i recommend everyone go to derby..
