The gentleman who did my nails was such in a rush when he saw clients come in that he messed up my nails. I paid $45 for a pink and white set! I had black dots on one nail! After only a week of having the nails they came off easily. I will never go back to this salon! They care more about making money and having a fast turnover than taking care of the client they have in front of them!!! DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!!

I have been coming here for over a year and have always had a wonderful experience. They have recently undergone a renovation with new massage chairs and manicure chairs - it looks beautiful and it is a real treat! There is never a wait. The staff are courteous, professional and efficient. They care about the customer experience, and they aim to please. If you are a native Floridian or a visitor in need of some TLC - I highly recommend five star nails.

I've been coming to this salon for 5 years. Kathy always does an amazing job and my nails look just as fresh and nice on week 4 as they do the day I got them done. Highly recommend this establishment.

Called in to see on Martin Luther King day if they were open which they were ask how much it would be $15 dollars I said fine.
had the worst manicure from a male technician . as I went to pay with a $20 dollar bill he didn't give me change. I asked for my change he said no it was $20. Pure crazy I wouldn't have tipped someone so bad. U lost a customer today that lives in champions gate

Stopped by today for the first time and I was really impressed! I got a full set (the almond shape I got is perfect) and a pedi. Andy did a great job!
