My mom wanted to get mani/pedis and I haven’t found a salon I like in Athens yet. I had been here once before a long time ago but didn’t like and I couldn’t remember why so I decided to give it another go, especially since the reviews are so good for Hannah and josh. They were super nice and professional but as I was getting my pedicure done, I remembered why I hadn’t liked it the first time. I had the same tech as before and Hannah and josh worked on my mom’s nails. The tech, I never got his name, cut my toenails way so short that the nail bed is showing and made two of them bleed and one of them is scabbing over now. He also, way over did it with my cuticles and I have several cuts on them and they are red and painful. He was very nice and my nails look good but it is painful. Luckily I have some cuticle oil, which he did not use. Hopefully, the cuts on my toes don’t get infected. My mom had no complaints about the work Hannah and Josh did and her nails look awesome! I don’t think I will be coming back unless I can make sure that I don’t get the same tech. They were all very nice and welcoming and I will say he did a great job with the massage that came with pedicure.

Absolutely love Osmosis. Joshua and Hannah are so professional and always help me out when I can't figure out what to get. I usually do almond shape on my nails, dip or ombre. Every time they look stunning. Lots of options to choose from on the pedicures.

First time here and I love it. I was a walk-in and they were very nice and accommodating. Mike did my pedicure and he was awesome! Definitely will start coming here instead of the other place that was so rude to me

Hannah, Joshua and staff do an outstanding job. Wonderful customer service, serene atmosphere and competitive pricing. Make an appointment and you will NOT be disappointed.

Osmosis is the best nail salon that I've been to. Josh, Hanah & the other employees take pride in their job. They are all very talented. And now, during the pandemic, they take every precaution possible to keep their patrons & employees safe. They were already following the guidelines before Covid. I will not go to another salon!
