I have been here on a few occasions and each time I had gone in the past, I can say I was definitely treated fairly and I liked their work so I decided to go back for a mani/pedi and I could not have been more pleased. Sarah did my nails and took her time with my pedicure and convinced me to get a full set. I am very particular with the way I like my nails to look. I like them natural looking with some flair and Sarah was able to do just that and did a great job on my coffin shaped nails. Also did a great job on my chrome nails too. I just wished those lasted a bit longer. All in all I feel as though I have found someone who is great in creating the designs and look I like for my nails.

The guy that did my nails did not take his time. The tips did not align with my nails and he did not shape them or cared to make sure they weren’t bumpy. Absolutely awful. I’ll never get my nails done here again.

They really are as terrible as everyone says. I don't write reviews but was so disgusted I needed to share this. Christy did an amazing job on my nails and I was getting excited that I finally found a nail salon to become a regular at but when I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone could not have been ruder. I asked about 7 different days to schedule and she just kept saying Christy was booked and wouldn't have time for me... Funny because when I walked in the first night it was EMPTY... I called back later to complain to the owner but the woman on the phone said he wasn't there except Sundays and she was in charge till then. They have other locations but she claimed she only knows where he is Sunday when he is at their location. I told her how rude I felt she was being and that she was making it difficult to make a simple appointment and I felt like they just didn't want my business. She was very short and rude when she said sorry and then sat in silence until I told her I was disgusted and her mission was accomplished because she lost my business that Christy worked so hard to earn. Get a new manager quick! Stay far away because they straight don't want you business.

Stay away from this place. I've been here twice. First time I went to get a pedicure the lady was on her cell phone the entire time until one staff member yelled at her to get off the phone. I thought I would give this place another shot since it's close to home. I went in again for a manicure.... the guy who did my nails was very lazy. He didn't give me a bowl to cleanse my hands, he was very rough with the manicure. He didn't take his time and didn't give me a full manicure as other places do. Not to mention my gel polish began peeling off the next day!

I am not from the area but was looking for a nail salon near my hotel. I found this to be the closest so I ignored the reviews. Lesson learned I should have drove alittle bit more to find a better place. The people here are not friendly and I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there. Just wanted my nails done so I could leave. A decent job was done but being uncomfortable ( like I was a bother) the whole time suggested that I would never return. Thankfully I have a wonderful salon back home. However due to my schedule this morning was the only time I had available to get a manicure. Go! Somewhere! Else!!!
