I love getting nails, pedicures, lashes at Optima lite nails! They never disappoint with their services and customer service! I always leave in great mood especially after the best cafecito ever! They are up to date with all the latest styles and products! I reccomend Optima Lite nails for optimal services.

My name is Kay. I am reviewing through my mother's gmail account since I don't have access to mine right now . Now as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked what service I wanted. The first young lady did remarkably well on my manicure set. She was friendly and sweet. However, I thought that manicure comes with a overlap of gel nails. So then I was told that I would go to someone else. The second lady I went to was not so thoughtful and a bit lazy. She kept complaining that she had a cold. Also, she kept complaining how hungry she was. As a customer, I felt like she was rushing her work on my nails. Then as soon as she was finish with my nails, one of the lady's reminded her that I was also getting a wax. Her face expressions was so clear that she didn't want to be bothered .On top of that she was breathing on my face from her mouth since she had a cold. I wanted to tell her she shouldn't do such a thing. If you are sick take the day off. If not then cover your mouth and nose. She wasn't wearing any gloves as her hands were on my face to complete the waxing. There is nothing wrong with taking in a call but taking in too many was a bit annoying. That was my first time going to this nail salon. I will not be going a second time.

I have been coming to Optima for over two years and was never dissatisfied til management changed... Save your money and go somewhere else instead. If I could give them zero stars I would!

The salon itself needs some cleaning. Referring to the salon in Florida City. The chair they had to sit on while drying nails or toes was nasty.. Finally talked my husband into a pedii for the first time. The lady that did his pedi used like a metal grater which I thought were not used anymore - may be wrong on that - but put a big gash in his heel on one foot and also cut his other foot on the side. She claimed he had a blister, but my husband said he didn’t. A bad experience his first time. He will probably never get another pedi.

Amanda is great with nails. She is the person I go to when I went there. I do agree with some other reviews about the bad customer service there but as far as nails go, I recommend Amanda, who has done great nail designs and tips.
