I was getting my nails done and I showed the guy doing my nails the design, and everything seemed fine. And I realized that he shaped my nails a completely different shape than the photo… some fingers were almond shape as some were rounded square . Then while he painted the design he was using a different color then in the photo… I didn’t say anything thinking that he was using a different method I’ve seen other nail artist use. I was wrong, I soon realized not only was he not fixing the color but he also did not make the design I asked him.. I asked him about it and tried to argue with me that the color was white not green. I asked him to redo it he begged me to not make him redo it and then he says that he must leave for personal reasons; which I understand, but he left me to do my nails with another nail artist. Later I found out I was charged almost 20 extra. Previous nail visits the nail artist were aggressive and did make my fingers burn.. but I did not think too much of it

I refuse to go to another nail salon, I’ve been going to Randy for months now and I couldn’t see myself getting my nails done by anyone else, he’s great! The other managers are great too always extremely friendly and personable they all know me and my mom by name and ask about our family. 10/10 I recommend to all of my friends and I have about 7 or 8 that now exclusively go here too!

I am extremely happy with my visit today. They were beyond busy so there was a bit of a wait. She kept apologizing for how busy it was. But the service was excellent like always. I brought a picture and the girl that did my nails doesn’t normally do designs but she tried her best and it came out great. I always recommend them.

tried bonsai nail bar for the first time and I am more than impressed! Very quick to seat you and get what you need done. Extremely friendly and efficient all the while doing a great job. Also the place is VERY clean! I saw them cleaning in-between each customer and just a very good place to get your nails done. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place. Nicole is always there to kindly greet you and assists with the check in process. She runs a very large and busy business smoothly and efficiently. The salon is emasculate with a very pleasant decor. Everyone there does a great job and works very hard to please their customers.
