Got a haircut from John the barber he did a great job exactly what I wanted. Low fade to a 2 on top. He also did my eyebrows and shaped up the beard. Excellent service for half the price. Will go again in 2 weeks.

Normally I never leave reviews but i am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the school staff here at Robert Fiance. I’ve met with Paul Ferrara (school director), Cynthia Cosme, Diana Santana, Jenny and countless other people who clearly are only in it for the paycheck. At least they get paid to swindle people....
So basically this school has been giving me the run around since I graduated. All they do is make you believe you’ll be successful and they’ll help you along the way to reach your success. I was so naive to trust a word they’ve said and so it is my duty to help anyone avoid going here!!! Now I’m stuck with a loan and debt that I can’t afford because they refuse to help me land a job in the field that I studied for.
What made me reach me limit and write this review is the fact that I’ve been in communication with Diana Santana for the majority of the summer. She’s been inconsistent with her emails and I found out she was on vacation recently. Then we spoke on 8/14 in regards to my resume. She advised me to come in so we can speak further in person about what my options are. So I came in on 8/15 at 3:30 to find out she wasn’t even in for the day. A new woman named Tiffany spoke to me. She was very unprofessional and had the nerve to say my business out loud in front of a whole office full of people. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I wasted my time and money and really don’t feel they deserve a penny from me. Cynthia offered to give me a number to call the loaners I borrowed from. But what difference does that make i have the number all these people do is send out letters reminding you that you need to pay them...
Before I got out of character I decided to leave and as I was leaving I heard one of the women in the room say “She’s not going to pay”. You’re right I’m not maybe they should offer to since there employed and want to give advice. The graduation rate here is poor and I wish I would of read the reviews before I decided to go here. So don’t this place should get shut down.

My name is Lilian and I feel that like a Im being rob in this school. I enrolled at Robert Fiance institute for skin care classes at WNY campus, after the first week of attendance I decided to stop going because I noticed the unprofessionalism in classes and other personal issues. I spoke with Maria who is the secretary from Robert Fiance school, I explained the situation and sent a letter to the school. After a month, I received a letter that I owe the school $ 3,813 .. $1,653 for the student skin care kit and books that I have to keep even if I don't use it because if you decide not to attend the classes anymore you have to pay for it anyway. Now $ 2,160 for the 4 days I attended, the policy from this school is ridiculous, why do they make you pay that qty for 16 hours of classes? if I was planning to enroll with Robert fiance in the future, after this fiasco, I have completely forgot that idea. They try to rip you off for your money one way or another. Please if you want to enroll with Robert Fiance, make sure you do not leave the classes because after you are enrolled you will be paying even if your in school for just one week. You will be stuck with everything and it will be a waste of money I dont even know what to do with the skin care kit and books valued at $1,650,technically I will being paying to this school the 32% the entire course cost, just for being assisted for one week.

Very unprofessional staff and administrators nobody knows what’s going on. Don’t expect much from the teaching staff they are always providing conflicting information. The administration staff has no idea what’s going on and majority of the time the work you put in is never reflected on the hours sheet or grade book. They are more interested in taking your money then providing a quality education.

Love the school, the atmosphere, the teachers, and the students. Glad I chose this school, because they give great education, and always listen to their students. The management always tries to improve the facility and education level, so that the students successfully graduate, have the right knowledge, pass their boards and go on to become successful beauty professionals and/or entrepreneurs.
