The worst pedicure & manicure that I have ever had. No base coat & a 30 second hand massage. I removed the polish from my fingers as soon as I arrived home as it was streaked and edges were not polished. The polish in my toes does not cover the nail and after one weak is peeling. After one week I need a new pedicure. Will not be at this salon!

Wonderful service (even with a Living Social deal which I've found often compromises quality!). It was honestly one of the best pedicures I've had, complete with exfoliating scrub, massage, hot towel wrap with a mint mask and paraffin wax. They took my feet from looking pretty beat up to making them beautiful and soft. The brow wax was also very well done and took no time at all! I will definitely be going back.

I've gone to the McLouglin location 3 times now. The first time was great, but it seems like every time I go back the service gets worse. This last time completely did it for me. I will NEVER go back. I asked & showed a specific design I wanted & was told that it would be no problem. They tried 5 times, and I still didn't get what I wanted but was charged for it. Plus it took nearly 2 hours.
