This is the BEST nail salon in La. I am a nail freak and I just moved here from NYC and have very high expectations. They did an amazing job not even a nail has chipped in almost 3 weeks. The precision of their filing is TOP and their art and attention to details is the best I have ever seen. Not to mention the sweetest staff and spunky energy. Highly reccomend.

Won’t go anywhere else in LA but here. Tried a bunch of other places since moving here, they all peeled. Nothing like direct-imported Japanese talent - total attention to detail and quality.

Beware of coming to this nail salon. I got my nails done here and 3 days later the nails begin to fall off. As you see on the pictures below, the entire full nails were falling off and my real nail is in good condition which lets you know they weren't ripped off and as you can see from the cuticle to where the nail begins there no new nail growth.
I spent $191 for my nails and pedicure and I left a pretty nice tip for the nail tech whose name is Mia. It was my first time at this salon and I was excited to come because of all the pretty Instagram pictures. Needless to say, their quality is awful.
The resolution of its owner Misako Matsui is for me to return and allow for them to do my nails again for "free." I want a full refund. Why would I allow for a salon that does bad work to re-do my nails?
The lady on the phone told me their nails are supposed to last 2 weeks and mine only lasted 3 days. I had a business trip that weekend so on my business trip I was looking crazy with 2 missing nails when I just paid nearly $200 for them to get done. No way am I letting them near my hands!!!!
They said this is rare they never seen it and tried to say the nail tech never has complaints. Well the nail tech Mia, has a complaint now.
Stay away from this awful place and if you do go beware of a girl named Mia. They have my money and don't care that they basically did a bad job. Didn't even get an apology. Just a "come back and let us do your nails."
Awful nail techs and awful customer service. I wouldn't even risk it!!!

After following ES nail on instagram for some time I finally visited them all the way from Australia! The staff were all so friendly and lovely and made my experience really enjoyable. I couldn’t be more happy with how my nails have turned out! Will definitely be back next time I’m in la.

A stuff for eyelash extension is great and she is very professional, however, the other stuffs are rude. I was so disappointed from ES nail at this place because it's very popular salon in Tokyo.
Some stuffs are really irresponsible and careless of the own job.
I don't recommend this place.
