I went to this place for a fill because I was in the area my mistake! The lady worked so carelessly on my nails. She kept looking up while filing my nails and my fingers which hurt a lot. I've never been to a place that CHARGES YOU BEFORE YOUR NAILS ARE EVEN DONE! I always tip and I tipped her not knowing the outcome. MY NAILS WERE HORRIBLE! Gel is shiny and smooth No not this time. I had bubbles under the color. Nails not straight, very clump and thick. VERY POOR JOB! DON'T GO THERE!

If i could give zero stars i would. Long wait. Poor design skills for nails and brows. Completely unsatisfied. Will never go to this location again...

I came to Crystal Nail & Spa and I thought it would be good. I walked in, there wasn't a wait. The lady who did my nails was very rough and rude. I went in for a manicure and I had such a horrible experience. I sat down and the lady who was working with me had super cold freezing water. When I asked her if she could change the temperature of the water, she got offended and just ignored me. I told her that the water was cold and she finally switched it. She was cleaning my nails and was digging really hard into my nail bed. I asked her to be more gentle because I started bleeding. She just looked at me and continued at the same pace. I told her again that she was hurting me and again, she just looked and continued. I told her that I wanted to end my service. And walked out. It was the WORST pain and customer service I had ever encountered. I will not be returning here again.

Love this place been going here for about 3 years now! I only ever let Mary do my nails she is the best one in there and she's knows what she's doing! I only recommend her !!!
