Toni was very professional and super up beat and positive in keeping me calm on my wedding day considering it was pouring the rain .. my hair and makeup lasted all day and with stood the rain .. Toni also showed me how to properly apply makeup and offered to help me get dressed and to help me with anything I needed . she is wonderful I will visit her salon every time I’m in Gatlinburg ....

Horrible place. Don’t waste your time or money. Will blame you for the owner’s inability to do hair and/or make-up
