I visited a little over a month ago and had a very positive experience. Gel manicure and regular pedicure remained in tact for a whole month, which is better than most places I've visited recently. The owners were very friendly and fun to talk to, which made it a more personable experience. Plus, the leg massage during the pedicure was very relaxing (my lady's name was Kim if I remember correctly; she was so kind and did a great job). Other reviewers take issue with the location and how the decor is nothing to write home about, but honestly, the staff and quality of service are what matter and because of that, I will definitely come back.

Came here with my step daughter and when we first walked in we was greated but not in a professional way. The owner I believe seemed really rude at first to the point we almost wanted to walk out. I asked her was the ok and she said she was fine. She then perked up a little bit so that was a good thing. My step daughters nails turned out great but a couple of my nails where crooked which I was dreading because I had gotten them done from a different shop and wineded up having to have a soak off which takes forever. I asked for rinestones and they turned out not right. The glue used cause them to be very dull looking and not Shiny. Need more practice with that area. I may or may not come to this shop again. If I do, im hoping my experience is different and I will update my review. They should really work on being nicer to customers here. I'm shocked at some of the responses from the owner on these google reviews though. Very unprofessional. Telling someone to get over it, it's just nails geez is not how you fix the problem. You want customers to come back

The staff there is imanative, professional and proficient with their nail, eyebrow shaping art. I've always had a welcoming and positive experience at this shop. I would highly recommend them.

Some Workers here need to own up to their mistakes and be more professional!!! Don’t believe these these reviews you see on here!! If you can’t get booked with tink or Kim don’t go I repeat DONT GO

The lady was very rude. She made a comment about my current nail polish being "nail stickers" which I told her 10x that they were straight up nail polish that I did myself. She wasn't going to listen. She complained about how hard my polish was to get off, then she was in such a hurry to stuff her face that my nails were crooked and mishaped. I had to have my sister (a professional nail stylist) fix them. They even mocked my sister's ability to do nails, but while it takes her a few hours to do them, they come out looking 100x better than these people. Then again, they're always rushing to finish nails because it's like they're on an assembly line. They change owners every week and it's never the same people in the salon. I think I will stick to waiting for my sister to have time to do my nails than drop 50 bucks on nails done in shitty haste, thanks.
