I booked an appointment at a different nail salon today and they messed up my nails and had forgotten to book for the pedicure so I had to leave. I found Elegance Nails and they were so understanding and helpful. They fit me into their schedule and with a great attitude. Thank you!

HORRIBLE **** Experience!!! DO NOT GO.. My pedicure was extremely rushed did not scrub or cut my cuticles my manicure was horrible as well. My pedicure took tops 10minutes. I was looked over the shoulder the whole time while paying & tipping and when my $15 tip wasn’t enough she refused to give me my change. She then told me why wasn’t I tipping her $30?! This is unbelievable and there’s no way these people should be working customer service nor this salon should be in business. The owner does not care one single bit about happy customers or making services right! He only cares about his own wealth and income being brought by us paying customers. Its a shame that all these negative reviews haven’t made one single change to this place. What could’ve been a great salon is trash!

They basically force you into tipping a certain amount. If you tip a few $$ less than expected they question you about it openly.
I don't mind tipping but this forceful demanding on tipping on top of a $70 mani Pedi is not professional.
Won't be going here again.

This place is HORRIFIC. This lady spent a total of 6 min on both my mani/pedi and charged me $130 dollars. I asked where it said that on the pricing sheet and she pretty much JUST ripped my wallet out of my hands, and she tipped herself. Called to complain with the most ignorant owner ever and he will calling me a liar and said he "can not do nothing for me..." PLEASE DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR NAILS TO LOOK WORSE THAN THEY DID BEFORE YOU CAME IN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for a Manicure and Pedicure and while it’s not as common for men to go instead of women. I could tell that they did not want to take me and were being very cold and rude while taking care of me. They did not apply the clear coat properly and the women that did my mani pedi was dishonest about the price. She then also expected to be tipped more that what I gave her which was already 30% of the bill. Terrible place, not warm or friendly and very judgemental DO NOT GO!!!!!!
