I have a membership here. The staff is always super nice, and I love that there's frequent deals to take advantage of. A little pricey in my opinion. I pay $50/month which only gets me free unlimited access to one type of spray tanning booth. Of course I could upgrade my membership to have access to more machines, but I think it's too expensive.

The staff there are extremely friendly and patient. Last night was my second time going to Palm Beach Tan and my second time ever getting a tan. Since I was a newbie at getting tans at a salon I was nervous and kinda overwhelmed. And with that I kept asking questions even repeating questions that I had asked not only a second before and in my opinion I was annoying as hell but the two people that helped me both times deserve medals for putting up with me. They never once made me feel uncomfortable or stupid 😝 they had done quite the opposite, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Each time my tan came out perfect as well. So I give them 5 stars all the way. Thank you so much!!! 💋💋💋😘😘🤗🤗❤️

Kirsten, and Taylor, at the SAN MARCOS TX,
Location are two of the best Palm Beach Tan
employees I have come across and I cross tan from Dallas to San Antonio, and all in between but those two have the best Customer Service and kindness to make me refer and talk highly about that location the Salon is clean, in order and I am always greeted with a hello and how are you or have a good day see you tomorrow.... All the while making me feel at home with a smile....
Palm Beach Tan, thank you for the great experience and Kirsten and Taylor thank you for making me feel more like a friend to Palm Beach Tan instead of just a Customer....

Tried to tan here 45 minutes(!) before they close, open sign and all the lights still on and nothing posted otherwise, and they have the front door locked and no one’s answering it. Waited in my car parked out front for another 10-15 minutes after just to see if I ever saw a worker come back to the front desk to get their attention and I haven’t yet. In general this location is consistently my least favorite in Austin, but it’s the closest to where I live now. The workers are normally nice enough and I don’t have a ‘bad’ experience tho, however not being able to get a spray before events, when I’m not even pushing your closing time, and your workers are off hiding somewhere.... that’s worthy of a review and inconsiderate to your customers.

The location at Southpark Meadows has a 15 minute timer that is on the wall, rather than using the 20 minute timer on the actual bed. The other locations have the full 20 minutes. Why???
