I was not satisfied with my service. I asked the nail tech if she could duplicate the picture, she assured me multiple times that she could. I was not expecting my nails to be identical to the picture, but my nails are nowhere close. Then the nail tech tried to charge me 100. After some deliberation between me, another worker and her she "gave me a discount" and I only paid 80. It was still more than what they are worth. If you enjoy poor quality and high prices then go to Anna's

I've been going to Anna's for years. The last 2 pedicures I received were pure trash. Nail polish all over my skin, doesn't look professional. The attitudes are more horrible than ever and service has steadily gone downhil. I won't be patronizing there anymore.

I went in there for a Gel Pedicure, the nail technician wasn’t paying attention. She was having a conversation and I told her PLENTY times what I wanted. I was told that I was charged on $20 because I didn’t get color due to the technician not paying attention. I told her to take the color off my nails, the owner didn’t even give me my money back. The original price was $26. They didn’t even care that I wasn’t satisfied and that I was FORCED to spend money on something I didn’t want.
