The female (young girl) attendant/nail tech was very RUDE-- severely lacking customer service skills.... do not plan to return!
Initially I was quoted a higher price for the requested service-- until I then stated the price I had paid on the last (recent) visit for the same service.
The female nail tech stepped in to complete one portion of nail service that the male tech may not have been familiar with---- when asking her to finish it neatly, covering the full nail with product to give a professional-looking finish, she began to yell & behave VERY unprofessionally--- causing a scene-- other customers watching (& expecting me to reply in kind) telling me that's the way she does it & I could ..."go somewhere else" etc....when all I calmly requested was to cover the whole nail with color product since I was paying (extra even) for that service----so...
SHE's exactly right...
I WILL--along with my $ & others that I share this information with.
Paid almost 50$ for that nonsense...even though the cost should be irrelevant to receiving professional service with a client-first attitude.

Rude and disrespectful. The guy and girl who did my mani and pedi were both rude. Talking to each and laughing and looking at her phone. He didn’t even acknowledge me when she told me where to sit for my mani and didn’t say a word to me the entire time. He also stood while giving me the hand massage which was very uncomfortable and awkward. Afterwards I told them that my colors didn’t match but they all said they did and just started laughing. Unbelievable. I will NEVER go there again!!

Rude, while filing my cuticle was cut, was bleeding, no apology, obvious talking negative in their language, went for a nail repair, interrupted me numerous time, she put a product on the cut that really stung, didn't phase her. It is so convenient for me but I will never ever return. There are too many places like this to tolerate this treatment.

I told them I didn’t want gel and she said ok then when I picked a color it was gel and with put my knowing they were and half way threw when they put color on I aside it it was gel and they said yes. I asked if I could change and get regular they said they already put gel acrylic on and then one were uneven thicker then the others the design wasn’t even close to what I wanted and the gel came off quick and it looked ugly to me and I had to pay 55 when they didn’t even tell me in the bringing I picked gel! So I wouldn’t go back there again!! And he cut my finger and it was bleeding and he just kept going

I had shellac on my nails that needed taken off she started to use her fingernail to chip it off until I asked what she was doing and told her to use a nail filer and wrap my toes..... clearly doesn’t know what they are doing
