Viva La Nails is a great place. The technicians are professional, friendly, and attentive to your every need. You do not feel as if you're being rushed through the process in order to make way for the next customer. This holds true no matter the number of customers in the shop. Your service appears to be a priority. No one is kept waiting for too long. When I returned a few days after damaging a dip manicure, they refused payment even though the damage was plainly my fault. They simply said "no charge, no charge." Even if you present close to closing time, they will service you as if you were an appointment. Love this place and the technicians!

Its a nice place. The guy that did my pedi was awesome. He gave me a massage out of this world. And when I looked at him I was like dude lol. They are great they make sure its done right before you leave. I will b returning.

First visit and I was impressed. Nothing fancy about the place, but the service is amazing. I went in a Monday at 11:30 as a walk in, and it was moderately busy. And I was seen right away. They offer SNS nails!!! Bebe was my nail tech and she did an excellent job on my nails, pedicure and eyebrow wax. All that done in 2 hours! Everyone was professional and worked well together. By the time I left at 1:30p it was a full place, but everyone was being attended to. I will definitely be back.

The service is excellent and they did a great job on my nails and feet. The next time I visit Tennessee I will definitely be visiting.

Slow wait but they do a really good job. Polish stays on for my normal nails for about two weeks. Fake nails stay on for 1 to 2 months for my nails.
