I love coming to Pro Nails it's the only place that I get my nails done and I have been going here for over ten years. The prices are Great and the Service is terrific. They always come up with a new design. I love showing off my nails to others and I always refer the to Pro Nails..

They are very detail oriented, and will do your nails the way you won't, they don't add on extra charges for thing's that don't need extra charges, they are fair, helpful, knowledgeable and patient, they don't take it personally if you ask them to fix the shape of your nail, they just fix it, often time the slogan "the customer is always right" at other places goes out the window, at some places, But, NEVER HERE! I ALWAYS walk out feeling Happy, and feeling as if I was charged a fair price for the services rendered. Today was my first time doing dipping my natural nails, and they look AMAZING 👍

Awful! I went once and the girl did a terrible job on my nails. They were different lengths and not at all square like I had asked. Not to mention it was expensive!
I just went back again hoping to get someone else and got stuck with the same girl. I basically was telling her how to do my nails. I even took the file at one point because she was struggling with the concept of square. I had shown her the design I wanted when I sat down. When she's ready to do the design she calls someone else over who says I'll try. Her effort was terrible so I left with a randomly painted white ring finger and no design.

The quality of work has diminished over the last two years. I went to get my nails done for my honeymoon and they weren't painted all the way to the top. Right after getting them done it looked like it had already been a week and I needed to get them redone. Very disappointed. I will not be returning.

I just left the shop and I'm so upset! I have a special occasion today and I went in for a simple french pedicure and french manicure (overlay on my hands) w/ a basic shape. Instead I sit here in my car smh at the fact that I have 4 different shapes and lengths on my hand. She messed up my natural nail bed. The manicurist was soooooooo lazy. She didn't even want to file my natural nail before putting the over lay on. I asked her to do it and she barely did. It looks so bad. I really wanted to walk out but I asked her to just stop and paid anyway. She even tried to get more money out of me by trying to get me to upgrade to clear gel coat instead of regular. I told her no thanks honestly I'm about to go soak these off. So my suggestion and in my professional opinion (I'm a licensed esthetician and nail tech in DC) it's a waste of money. Convenience isn't always the best choice. Quality is everything. I should have waited until I got to work and did them myself. Lesson learned smh
