Worst nail salon in Reno! I tolerated it because it's pretty private and rarely busy, which I like. Other than that, the nail techs (I think they're a couple) are horrible. Am never going back there again!!! The old man will file your nails down until they bleed and not think twice (even when you wince from the pain), while the woman asks what you want and then does what she want with your nails - length, style, etc. They are very cheap with everything - adding acetone to nail polish that's almost finished (I've witnessed this a few times), rarely turning on the heat in the winter or AC in the summer, no hot water in the bathroom when you go to wash your hands, and the UV lamp is useless (barely strong enough to do anything to your nails, so I'd end up smudging them even though I've sat there for 20 minutes plus!), and they will charge you for every little thing. Ugggghhhh. Avoid this place if at all possible!
