Asked for matte nails with symetrical line design, lady used shiny top coat never heard of the word symmetry and had tons of dried filling material under my nails that she refused to clean out. She made fun of my nails before doing the full set and, overall, was an awful technician. I ended up fixing them at home myself after the fact. Save you're money

Went here for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. I got a full set and pedi done at the same time. They remembered my name. We had great conversation. Offered me something to drink. Nice atmosphere. First time I have went to a salon in awhile and was not cut in the process on my fingers!

I've been coming here for 4-5 months and I have always had a good experience. This last time I noticed when I got home that the acrylic was wavy. It was too many coats. I came back up and they told me that I'd have to pay them $15 to fix them. They took no responsibility for the mistake. I have never had someone ask me to pay for their mistake. I do not recommend this business.

Delayed flight. No worries, these ladies had me covered. So sweet and friendly. Never felt so relaxed, and got a little pampering. Nicest and best looking pedicure I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Thus is the 3rd time I've visited. The 1st time was amazing the 2nd time was horrible but this 3rd time went almost as well as the first. Tracy helped me the first time. With overlay on my hands. When I asked for her the 2nd time this time for a pedicure, not only did they say she could help me again but acted like she was still there. When I got there they gave me someone who did a okay pedicure just made me late for work (and I'm not late often so it was a big dea! and the massage was awful) I choose to go back because it's close to home, and Tracy answered the phone. When i arrived she pawned me off to Tiffany eventhough she didn't have a customer and none came in the whole time I was there. Thankfully Tiffany did a really good job on my over lay refill. I guess I'll go back for hands only since they do such a good job. *** quick note it's not the most organized right now because they are still unpacking from the move. The cat eye pictures were taken 3 weeks AFTER they were done!
