I would not recommend this place to anyone. Coming from the service industry being rushed and treated like a number was not a pleasant feeling. I came in to get a pedicure with my mom on Mother’s Day and was bombarded and rushed to sit down for my service, not allowing me to roll my pants to even sit down. The pedicure lasted like 10 minutes. When you coming to get a pedicure you expect a calm relaxed environment and great service. That was not what this place provides. I love designer nails in Rocky Hill on the Silas Deane hwy. Since they were closed and considering Glastonbury is near my home I came here. Waste of my hard earned money.
To respond to your message, we called in advance to make an appointment and the salon was not busy. Considering that it was Mother's Day to my observation you were very well staffed and in fact most of them were walking around conversing waiting for customers. " I am bummed" is not the response that you would expect an owner of a business to use. I find that to be very unprofessional and insensitive.

Always quality manicures that last- and I am a teacher constantly washing my hands! Great service, quick, and good with the kids too.

I have been going here for several years and never a bad experience. I tried a new gel color....cat eyes. Looks awesome!

The absolute worst, can't remove powder gel, can't paint entire nail no matter how many times your point out missed spots. Total attitude....I got the mani pedi for $30....paid $42.00 for the very last time. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst $80, I've spent. I went in for acrylic tips was rushed through the process so the nails ended up being just barely higher then my natural nails, she cut my skin around my cuticals very badly, I didn't even let her finish and yet they charged me the full rate. The pedicure massage was good but the painting was messy and my toenails we're cut too short. Very disappointed, I'd avoid this place.
