I went in for a simple consultation which is what I received, the office personnel and Doctor were very nice. When I received my bill I noticed that they added an Endoscopy (which was not done) to my bill along with the consultation which is an extra $200 out of pocket. I have been to other ENT's and have had the same exact consultation done without the added procedure and cost. I went to speak with the office thinking it was a simple billing error but they said there was no error, that when the Doctor used the instrument to spray the nose spray in my nose (which is a normal part of the consultation) that that was the endoscopy, they gave me the notes of my appointment which has no indication that there was an endoscopy done the only place an endoscopy was mentioned was in the billing code area. Attached are the notes from consultation, as you can see there is nothing in the notes to merit any additional charges. All I can say is if you have used them in the past you may want to go over your bill to see if they are trying to sneak procedures in your bill that they didn't do.

Very disappointed, poor communication. The recommendation was two trips to the OR with no estimate. Asked for an office manager to call me with the approximate cost of the procedure Dr. Kumar recommended. No one called. Called back, was told they'd get back to me. Two weeks go by, no one called. Called back, no record of me.
Went to a different ENT and had the procedure done in office.

Worst doctor experience ever. Waste of your time every time, extremely unprofessional. And I am absolutely a patient here I use a pseudonym for google. This office can never be on time I wouldn’t suggest anyone to waste their time here. I’ve waited up to an hour and a half for appointments and I don’t ever think I’ve had them be on time in my past eight months of being a patient here.

Dr. Veena vats did my adult tonsillectomy and septoplasty. She did them in 2 separate surgeries and she did amazing for both surgeries. She was very conservative so my discomfort was minimized and healing was fast. She has great bedside manner, is very personable, takes times to explain procedures. I highly recommend her.

Horrible... just horrible..hippa violations.. staff is incompetent.. sat for an hour and hadn't been seen wasn't told the Dr was running behind.. I had to ask..the room was gross.. used nasal spray and ointment tubes sitting out don't know how many other people it has been used on.. never going back and never sending anyone else there
