Love getting my nails done here! I’ve had a different nail tech each time and all of them have been wonderful. Always pleased!

I have officially found a new nail shop!! I love how friendly and funny the staff is, how close it is to my home, and the beautiful work they do! They were absolutely patient when I waffled between colors, and this is rare for me- my nails are consistent in shape and size, they aren't crooked, there isn't a huge gap in between my cuticles and the set, and I got EXACTLY what I asked for. I am definitely coming back.

This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had!!! I would give zero stars if it was an option. They have their picks when it comes to customers they don’t have any type of customer service satisfaction. I was in the middle of a pedicure and didn’t like the color that I was put on my toes. The guy who works here took the color off and didn’t try to offer any other options. They stopped working on my nails and started working on another client without even offering any solutions. In the middle of a mani and pedi! They only care about money not the satisfaction of customers. The owner is rude and shows favoritism. Take your money somewhere else. These people are not kind and do not care about you if they don’t know you!

I love coming to Zen. They really care about the health of your nails, not just the look of them. The staff is so attentive and sweet no matter who provides the service.

Terrible customer service. One of the pedicure ladies didn’t let my feet soak enough for my skin to become soft. She began rushing on my feet and made one of my toes bleed. I politely asked her not to rush. When i went to the counter to complain, the young girl acted like she didn’t want to hear anything i had to say. So with that being said you all will get a bad review from me. The only person i recommended from this place is the pregnant lady. Everybody else can kick rocks.
