Donna and Kim are so amazing, I love how caring and how they make sure you are taken care of, they made me feel like a princess. So happy with these beautiful ladies. Great job with mu nails 💅🖒

Kim and Donna are the best in Burlingame! I've tried 3 other local nail salons nearby and none compare. Nails look beautiful, place is very clean, and service is top notch.

Amazing Kim did a fantastic job on my toes and Donna did a magnificent job on my French tip nails 😍💪🏽

I NEVER right reviews but here we go... Although there are many positive reviews regarding the service here, my experience was anything but pleasant. After making me wait an hour (despite being asked to return due to already having a client, which I understood as a walk-in) I was overcharged and underserved. Upon my return (earlier than the arranged time) Donna, proceeded to take on another client while I sat and watched for an hour... the purpose for my visitation was to repair a pinky nail which had broken (for this service I was charged $6) and a color change ($9) which brought me to $15! Typically I would pay this amount for a fill-in and color change elsewhere. She made several comments that this was a long time client. When she finally got to me I was then strongly encouraged to get a special pedicure treatment which was an additional charge on to the pedicure itself. The pedicure was mediocre. The buck doesn't stop here, as I sat to dry I overheard Donna offer another client a glass of wine while I had not been offered anything besides a magazine... Although Donna attempted to be sociable I could tell that it was simply an attempt to distract me from the fact that I had been waiting for so long. Just and FYI, the reason I stayed was because this was the only place in the area available to to Acrylic, but I will never return here and would rather travel. Donna does seems to have loyal clientele, but it appears as though in order to get good service you must be a "long time client". I was extremely disappointed.

Been going there almost ten years...Donna is a master of your nails and toes💅🏻👣.... very clean and friendly.😟
