One thing I've learn is this place is not consistent. Yes, nice people but honestly the stylist here are only good at certain cuts and certain colors. I get both done and the last time which was today left me completely unsatisfied and i will never come here again due to the inconsistency and limited skills here. If you're blond. Perfect place for you. But don't go here with dark hair if you want to go lighter but stay in cool tones. My stylist didnt explain what she was doing and obviously didnt pay attention to what i was asking for. If she couldnt do it why didnt she just say it instead of ruining my hair and taking my money for what i said i didnt want and could of done myself from a box! She tried to fix it but i could tell she wasnt sure how. I ended up looking the same. Orange hair is what i left the salon with. Super disappointed and irritated that this happened to me. In the end, when I got the reveal I said nothing has changed. She told me that i need to change my expectations because this is what I'll always get. No, Joan you need more practice and obviously dont know how to work with dark hair. Admit that and maybe you'd be better. But i should of known you're only into doing blonds because of your Instagrams.

Gabrielle is great. Wont let anyone else touch my hair. Never have an issue with uneven sides. Color is always spot on. Worth it every time.
